FAQs
Will my dog be provided with rooms to nap during his time there at daycare?
A: At Dog House, it is advisable for you to provide us with the daily routines of your loved ones (meal times, nap times, toilet breaks etc.) and we will ensure your little one’s daily routine is adhered to closely. Special rooms will be provided for tired little ones who are ready for an afternoon nap after a vigorous session of play.
Will food be provided for my little one?
A: We have a selection of food from our food menu that you can choose from at an extra charge however it is also advisable for you to provide us with your furry ones’ favourite food and also feeidng instructions (feeding times, amount etc.)
Does my dog have to be registered under Dubai Municipality before I send her for a daycare session?
A: All dogs enjoying our facility have to be registered under Dubai Municipality and must already have the required vaccinations before they can enjoy our facility to ensure their safety and the safety of the other furry ones under our care.
What happens if my dog becomes ill?
A: Upon registration, we will require a preferred veterinary clinic’s information that has all the details of your little ones. If emergency care needs to be provided, We maintain relationships with several veterinary hospitals near each center so that we are always assured of emergency veterinary care whenever it is required.
Is daycare provided for my dog if I book her in for Boarding?
A: Yes. We give your furry loved ones playtime sessions and treats.
My dog like to have toys with him. Can he have his favorite toys while boarding with Dog House?
A: Absolutely! Your loved ones may have one or two toys to play with in their suite during their stay. If you bring toys from home, be sure to mark them with permanent ink with your last name. Your loved ones’ toys will stay with them in their suites and we do our best to return all toys. Occasionally, a toy may be lost during playtime or cleaning. Alternatively, you can also purchase a toy from our store for your little ones.
What is your cancellation policy?
A: We are aware that plans can change at the last moment. Therefore please provide us with at least 48 hours before the check-in date of boarding for your loved ones.
Must I pay a deposit before sending my dog for boarding?
A: If you would like to board your little one for more than 7 days, full payment must be made upon checking-in of your little one on the day of boarding.
